UK DELIVERY

We offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders shipped to the UK. You should expect your delivery 3-5 working days after you have placed your order. We will notify you by email when your order has shipped.

If you want your order for a specific date, or it is urgent, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International deliveries usually take 5-10 working days for customers in Europe and 7-14 working days for customers outside of Europe. Please note the delivery times are an estimate only and are not guaranteed. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery.

FREE DELIVERY on orders of 6 cards or more.

1 - 6 cards a £3 postage fee applies and will be added at checkout.

CANCELLATION:  Card orders can be cancelled up to 5 working days from ordering.

 

FRAMED & NONE FRAMED GICÉE PRINTS.

Giclée prints are printed and framed to order, please allow the following production times:

5 working days for printing a none framed print.

5 -10 working days for printing and framing a print.

Once your framed or none framed print has been produced, shipping details are as follows:

EUROPE - FREE DELIVERY

OUTSIDE OF EUROPE:

£8 postage fee applies to none framed prints and will be added at checkout.

£10 postage fee applies to framed prints and will be added at checkout.

CANCELLATION:  Framed and none framed Giclée print orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order.

RETURNS

If you have a valid reason not to be happy with your purchase, we will offer you a refund or exchange. Please let us know via email within 5 working days of receiving the item / items, giving the reason why you require a refund or exchange. Once you have received our reply, we will ask you to return the item / items to us in the packaging they were sent in. When we have received the item / items, we will process the refund or exchange for you.
